Here are the most frequently asked questions about how to complete the order and payments.

In the event that you surpass the allocated quota for your cloud package, your data will continue to be retained within the cloud storage. The surplus amount beyond the designated quota will be calculated, you will be provided with an additional invoice and Utilization report.
Private VPN service is only for existing users of Private Cloud Storage, BaaS and Digital Archive services.
You can order Private VPN by logging in to your user account via the link https://cloud-synergy.eu/support and selecting the “Services > Order new services” menu. Select the desired Private VPN location.
Upon receipt of your payment, within few working days, your service will be activated and you will be provided with all the information for using it.
You can also submit your request for the Private VPN service by e-mail sales@cloud-synergy.eu.
The additional bucket is for existing users of Private Cloud Storage, BaaS service and Digital Archive service.
You can order an additional bucket by logging in to your user account via the link https://cloud-synergy.eu/support/ and selecting the “Services > Order new services” menu. Select the desired bucket and bucket location.
Upon receipt of your payment, the ordered additional bucket will be added to your cloud.
You can also submit your request for an additional Bucket by e-mail sales@cloud-synergy.eu.
After receiving the payment, all services require up to 72 hours for setup and activation.
Upon activation, all access data, access links, mobile app links for download and additional confidential information and instructions will be sent to your email.
You can order Cloud Synergy services through the website cloud-synergy.eu by following the steps on the website.
You can also order the service via e-mail sales@cloud-synergy.eu.
You can pay by bank transfer to the account of Digital Synergy Ltd, Ireland.
Digital Synergy Ltd’s bank account details are available on every invoice provided to the client.
You can also pay by credit or debit card.
